What are proxies and how do you use them?

Proxies are printed copies of the real cards, and allow you to build a deck with ANY card. Then, practice to perfect your strategy. Once your deck is built, you can buy or trade for the actual cards. You can use proxies at league and with friends...but they are not allowed in tournaments.

Locate the card you want a proxy of on www.pokemontradingpost.com

Inside the item description, click on the small image of the card you want to make a proxy of.

Copy the enlarged image and paste it into word or any other application that will let you resize and print.

Right click on the picture and select "Format Picture"; In the Menu, go to the "Size" tab and change the height to 3.5, and the width to 2.5 or 2.6.

Now you can make as many copies of the image as you want.
The deck building possibilities are endless!
